The Tricoche-Somevia slaughterhouse divides its activity between large cattle and calves, sheep and goats, and domestic solipeds. 60% of these animals come from farms in the region located within a 150 km radius, and 30% from livestock traders and producer groups.
The company, which supplies traditional butcher’s shops, wholesalers, supermarkets and the processing industry, has been committed for several years to a quality approach on its production sites in order to meet the expectations of its customers.
